(This Section to deal with Mr. Ostlund's business concept for increased recovery of oil and gas from subsea fields and improved environmental safety against oil pollution subsea.)

The Business Outline for establishing OCO International Inc., USA was finalized during Mr. Ostlund's travel to California in Sept. 1986. The outline was bases for further marketing and registration of the Company under the Law of Texas in July 1987. The Outline was also presented to DnC in connection with Mr. Ostlund application for increased credit the same year.

Highlights:

• Letter of acknowledgement dated June 9th, 1987 from Congressman Jack Fields, Texas, member of Congress Committee on Energy and Commerce, member of Congress Committee on Merchant Marine and Fisheries.
• Letter of recommendation dated June 16,1987 from the Export/Import Bank of the United States.
