"WAR AGAINST TERROR"
Is Norway's Prime Minister Kell Magne Bondevik talking with "double tongue" when he in his New Year speach on January 1st 2002 to the Norwegian people is giving the following remark to the September 11th terrorist attack on World Trade Center in New York , quote; "GRENSER F0R DET ONDE" i.e. "Limit for the Evil"?

Did Mr. Bondevik during his meting with USA President George W. Bush in Washington DC in early December 2001 ask for FBI information/support on the "Kielland" case? Ref. e-mail to Prime Minister Bondevik of October 22nd 2001.

FALK International and its president Ole Ostlund has for years urged Norwegian authorities to contact FBI and Scotland Yard for information and support about the terrorist act on "Kielland" as the Norwegian Prime Prosecutor has proven to be incompetent in this matter. FBI and Scotland Yard's position is as stated in the followning correspondance:
Letter dated January 28th, 1991 from Legal Attache R. John Theriault, Jr. at the USA Embassy in London.
Letter dated January 10th, 1991 from Detective Chief Superintendent M.Colston at Metropolitan Police, International and Organized Crime Branch, New Scotland Yard.
Letter dated December 20, 1990 from Inspector in Charge, Office of Public Affairs Thomas F. Jones at US Department of Justice, FBI
As such FBI and Scotland Yard have no authority to investigate alleged criminal acts occurring in the North Sea under Norwegian jurisdiction. Any request for FBI and Scotland Yard assistance would be required to come through official Norwegian police liaison channels. Any further investigation of this matter is the responsibility of Norwegian officials. However, the FBI would provide assistance if they received a formal request for their assistance.

In May 1995 FALK's President Ole Ostlund was given the honor of seeing USA President George W. Bush in his former capacity as Governor of Texas. The meting took place in Governor Bush office in Austin, Texas.
